Orchid Medical proudly introduces Long Term Care (LTC), our newest value-added solution to decrease and control the cost of Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Chemical Detox, and Psychiatric Facilities which are extremely costly to the overall claim.

These services, available in many states, are not subject to fee schedule limitations.

In addition to our core services, Orchid Medical delivers:

• Significant savings on these future LTC bills with this added capability.
• Treatment plan and services reviewed through our cost databases to achieve savings on the Per Diem rate and on all other services and supplies provided by the LTC provider.
• Our LTC specialists obtain formal provider agreement, negotiating rates for the entire length of stay.
• Should the treatment plan ever change, Orchid Medical will review the change of services before determining whether the original agreement with the provider needs modification.
• Orchid Medical continues to monitor monthly billings for treatment changes and appropriate billing based on agreed upon rate.
